ELIAM ENG & ANDY ENG (Singapore) are returning winners of SGF, after winning Gold, Best of Show and the Best Construction Award in 2022. They are both from Nyee Phoe Flower Garden, a landscape architecture company that celebrated its 112th anniversary in 2023. Eliam has over 41 years of experience in landscape architecture and construction including local and international projects ranging from residential and commercial spaces to urban development. Eliam is an affiliate member of the Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA).
Andy’s experience in the landscape and horticultural industry spans over 20 years. His portfolio include private residences, condominiums, hotels, Singapore Changi Airport, commercial buildings and festive season floral setups. As a Project Director, he leads a vibrant team of designers and staff in the firm.

MARK and EMILY COOK (United States of America) are the owners of Mark Cook Landscape & Contracting, a firm they have operated for 23 years. Mark holds a degree in Ornamental Horticulture and works as both a landscape designer and artist. Together, the duo manages projects from the initial conceptual phase through final construction, focusing on a combination of diverse plant palettes and structural architecture.
The couple has established themselves as highly successful competitors in major international horticultural events, consistently earning top honors at the Philadelphia Flower Show, including the PHS Gold Medal and Cup in 2026 and multiple "Best in Show" awards between 2021 and 2023. Their global success continued at the 2024 Singapore Garden Festival, where they secured Gold and Best of Show for the Landscape Garden category, along with the Horticulture Excellence Award.

KAZUYUKI ISHIHARA (Japan) is a renowned Japanese landscape artist who began his career in the Ikenobo school of floral arrangement. After transitioning from selling flowers on the street to professional garden construction, he gained global recognition for his unique use of moss and meticulous design. Often referred to as the "Green Magician" by Queen Elizabeth, Ishihara has won numerous Gold Medals at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, including Garden of the Year and People's Choice in 2025. His international success extends to the Singapore Garden Festival, where he has participated four times and secured multiple Gold and Best of Show awards, as well as a Gold Medal at the 2025 Philadelphia Flower Show.

LEON KLUGE (South Africa) is an internationally recognised landscape designer, artist, botanist, presenter and writer. Over the years, he has designed and installed gardens ranging from immense commercial landscaping to small residential gardens. He has won several prizes around the world, including Gold, Best of Show and the Horticulture Excellence Award in the Fantasy Garden category at SGF in 2018. Leon is known for his modern and contemporary landscapes, sustainable community projects and his specialisation in vertical gardens.
A four-time participant at the Singapore Garden Festival, he has secured multiple "Best of Show" and Gold titles across the Fantasy and Landscape Garden categories in 2016, 2018, and 2024, frequently earning top honors for his innovative lighting and horticultural excellence. His recent accolades further cement his global reputation, including being named the 2024 South African Designer of the Year and winning Gold or "Best on Show" at prestigious events in Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Shanghai.

JOHN TAN (Singapore) is the principal design director and horticulturist at Esmond Landscape and Horticultural, a firm he established in 2000 after transitioning from a career in engineering. His passion for the challenging nature of garden design led him to represent Singapore on the global stage, where he has achieved significant recognition. A five-time participant at the Singapore Garden Festival, John’s history with the event includes winning Gold and Best of Show in 2010. His international accolades are equally impressive, featuring a Silver-Gilt award at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2015 and a Green Card Award at the 2019 Chaumont-sur-Loire International Garden Festival. Beyond his design work, he served as Chairman of the Landscape Industry Association (Singapore) from 2011 to 2015, focusing on advancing professionalism and quality within the local industry.

ANDREW WILSON and GAVIN MCWILLIAM (United Kingdom), recognized as one of the United Kingdom’s premier garden and landscape design practices. Their work is characterized by a blend of imaginative design concepts, a sophisticated understanding of planting and materials, and a commitment to meticulous craftsmanship. As three-time participants in the Singapore Garden Festival, they previously secured both Gold and Best of Show in the Landscape Garden category during the 2014 event. Their international reputation is further bolstered by a consistent record of high-level accolades, including a Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2017, a Silver Gilt in 2023, and being named winners at the 2025 Society of Garden and Landscape Designers Awards.

INCH LIM (Malaysia) is a renowned master of scenography, having designed award-winning show gardens in Japan, China, Singapore, the UK, France and the USA, in addition to multi-disciplinary private and commercial works in Malaysia, Japan and Sri Lanka. He believes that the main job of a designer is to communicate and to arouse emotions, to make a space come alive, creating shifts in perception and inducing memories. This is what gives a garden or landscape meaning, and what some would call ‘soul’.
Inch has participated four times and consistently achieved top honors. His history at the event is highlighted by his 2016 and 2018 performances, where he secured Gold, Best of Show, and Horticulture Excellence awards, along with the People’s Choice award in 2016. His success extends globally, evidenced by recent accolades such as the Grand Gold and Best Design awards at the Shenzhen Bougainvillea Shows in 2020 and 2021, as well as winning both Gold and the People’s Choice award at the 2015 Philadelphia Flower Show.

STEFANO PASSEROTTI (Italy) is a renowned Italian landscape designer often called the “brave gardener,” celebrated for his barefoot dawn excursions aimed at connecting with nature's subtle vibrations. Inspired by the traditions of his father and grandfather, he crafts gardens that honor nature as the ultimate source of cosmic harmony and environmental tribute. His visionary spirit has translated into significant competitive success, including a Gold Medal and Best of Show in the Fantasy Garden category during his 2016 debut at the Singapore Garden Festival. Now a second-time participant at the festival, Passerotti brings a wealth of international experience, having earned a Gold Medal at the Hampton Court Flower Show and a Silver Medal at the Gardening World Cup in Japan. His recent work focuses on the "Paradiso Terrestre" series, showcasing his continued evolution as a prominent guest and award-winner at major global events like the Radicepura and Malmö Garden Festivals.
